As the firm’s West Coast Managing Director, Lucy Sonsini Romoli brings over twenty years of experience in building executive and management teams for companies located primarily on the West Coast. Lucy has an extensive background in search and organizational development. Throughout the course of her consulting career, Lucy has assisted private and public corporations in attracting and retaining executive talent. Her results-oriented work style and proven acumen in project management, facilitation and negotiations align strongly with The Hennessy Group’s commitment to quality, fulfillment and timely delivery.

  • Prior to joining The Hennessy Group, Lucy served as the senior
    executive search consultant for over five years with one of Silicon
    Valley's premier retained search boutiques where she focused on
    recruiting for venture-backed companies in both product and services
    industries.

  • Managed and executed the full scope of the search process for Board level,
    C-level and VP-level executives responsible for strategy, marketing,
    product marketing, sales, business development, finance and
    engineering.

  • Former start-up executive for an outsourced human resource business
    offering on-site interim executives and experts, pass through payroll

    programs for Silicon Valley’s venture-funded and privately held
